Tent & Anchoring Requirements

Each 20×20 and 20×40 tent rental includes standard ground stakes for secure anchoring when site conditions permit.

Additional anchoring may be required for installations on sand, concrete, asphalt, or other surfaces where ground stakes cannot be used. In these situations, alternative anchoring methods, such as water barrels or heavy-duty concrete ballast blocks (typically 500–700 lbs each), may be necessary to ensure proper stability and safety.

Additional fees apply for alternative anchoring equipment and any associated setup requirements. These fees vary depending on the event location, surface conditions, tent size, seasonal requirements, and the anchoring method needed.
